Did a "Byzantine Emperor's" style pork belly, an 800 plus year old recipe, marinated in vinegar, honey, garum and garlic with fresh herbs from the garden, served with saffron butter rice, a dish fit for an emperor indeed, i can verify it! ๐๐๐
