@DStvNg I used Vtpass to renew a subscription today. Paid N1762 to renew. But it was still inactive . I called your care, was told to use MyDstv app to pay a balance of N803 for DstvYanga. I did a fresh sub using Vtpass . Why should your system allow that? An excess payment?

Used it to subscribe on DSTV today. The options you provided were wrong. After I paid , it didn't work . DSTV told me to use their app to add N803 to make it N2565 for DSTV Yanga . I wasnt ready to spend extra ,tried to use your app, had to subscribe 4 DSTV Yanga @ N2565 extr

Dear @Vtpass .Did I commit any offence by using your platform? funded my account to buy AEDC units N20k But your AEDC portal was down, Paid another 20k to buy AEDC from another platform. Your customer care told me I can't withdraw my funds except I subscribe?
