@Boss_Chastain_ @dailydownforce The broadcasters avoid calling them rain tires. They are for racing when the track is damp, with little standing water. Also, Daytona can't work with rain tires. The higher speeds mean more spray and less visibility. NASCAR hasn't gone soft. They just don't want to kill anyone.
