Stenver's/ Towne's View- to visualize Mastoid air cells, Petrous cells, Internal acoustic meatus, Occipital bone

NOT used for Frontal sinus

Caldwell's/OF View- to visualize frontal & ethmoidal sinus, Supraorbital fissure

Lateral View- Best to visualize sphenoid & Ethmoidal sinus

Vomiting causes hypokalemic metabolic alkalosis

Whereas diarrhea causes hypokalemic metabolic acidosis

Why?

Bcz in vomiting, loss of HCl leads to metabolic alkalosis with loss of fluid-> RAAS activation-> Na and water reabsorption, K and H+ secretion—> hypokalemia
