I will urge everyone not to order anything from the Ola ONDC app. They are freaking thieves robbing money and not even providing the delivery. No customer support as well.

@Olacabs @ONDC_Official I had ordered a breakfast using the OLA ONDC app. I had placed the order at 10:22 AM, and it's 11:35AM now. I have not received the food yet . It is still showing that restaurant is preparing my order. Is this a correct way to treat your customers?

@consumerforum_ Team, I did not receive any food till now, however, the OLA app has already taken my money and now it is showing as delivered. There is no customer care number mentioned in the app and there is no help. Kindly look into it @bhash @Olacabs

@GoFirstairways My brother boarded the flight G8-394 from Pune to Kolkata today at 13:40 hours. He was carrying a liquor bottle inside his luggage, and the luggage was marked as Fragile. Inspite of that, the luggage was mishandled and the entire liquor bottle was found broken.
