Not on odd take at all. It was clearly not the intent of the founding father, they simply did not predict airplanes. Unfortunately, because they didn't, the law is written poorly, so we are stuck with it. If it was truly their intent, your point would be valid, but it wasn't. No European countries have this law, because it's suicidal. It wasn't some grand intended american ideal, it was an error.
