Most work days are 9-5 which is really like 8-6 when accounting for commute and getting yourself together before/after work. Sunrise is 6:30 and sunset is 7:30 which would only leave you with 2-3 hours a day.

@ClownWorld In most restaurants servers pay out a percentage of sales to support staff (bussers, food runners, bartenders etc). Most often this 3-7% of sales, in this scenario it would end up making it so the server literally pay $75 for serving this table. Shitty behavior.
