Today's lunch was a combination of #sea_salt_fish famous lobster tail and @SousvideEgypt iconic wild fish fillet. I have to say it you guys are doing a great job and a new order is on the way @HanySadekk @maboughalli

@bambinomaro2 @SousvideEgypt @HanySadekk All u need to do is drop the bag in 90 C water for 10 min, Then remove octopus from packaging and put it in oven, After heating in the oven for a few minutes. Put the octopus on a wooden plate, drizzle with olive oil, lemon and finish by sprinkling the salt and parsley.
