[South Austin Gym @SouthATXGym]

We've got a few long time fans on here, surely: How long have you been training with us?

[South Austin Gym @SouthATXGym]

@anandrewswrites Eek. Hope you start feeling better soon. Did you make it all the way through spin class?

[South Austin Gym @SouthATXGym]

@HollysHabits101 Ah, that's a good way to break it up! Do you meal-prep for any other meals?

[South Austin Gym @SouthATXGym]

[South Austin Gym @SouthATXGym]

@TheRealDaphanie Of course! And, if you're ever interested in giving kickboxing a try, don't hesitate to reach out. It's a great workout.

@Nelstar15 Wow! That sounds incredible. Happy birthday to that person. Do you eat pretty well on a weekly basis?

[South Austin Gym @SouthATXGym]

You'll be glad you did.

[South Austin Gym @SouthATXGym]

@Nelstar15 True, and there's nothing wrong with treating yourself every once in a while. What kind of cake was it?

[South Austin Gym @SouthATXGym]
