@wbir County commissioner Carson Dailey stated at a commission meeting that the parking fee is "voluntary" And the Ijam's director said that if you fill out a form to pick up trash you are exempted from the parking tax. This is a fee grab, illegal as they are leasing county property.

@KnoxUrbanGuy Following the Smokies lead by charging taxpayers to park on taxpayer funded land. Country commission should examine and have oversight before these unchecked "taxes" go into effect.
