A woman l, Shiloh Hendrix l, was prosecuted and convicted for saying the word in Minnesota. She was charged for repeating what she said after being baited over and over again by a Somalian. While I don’t agree with ever saying this word to anyone no matter your race, I don’t agree with being prosecuted for it

Saying this to a child is wrong no matter what that child did. But that does not mean it’s a criminal act!

I also don’t think it’s ok for anyone to use this word if it’s so triggering — no matter your race

Morals and the law are different! If a black woman was screaming this word, would she be prosecuted?
