@Delta website still shows all refunds will take 7 business days to two billing cycles yet it’s all lies! Still waiting for a refund from May 13th! Will be contacting the @USDOT for your failure to refund in a timely manner!

@atlairportnews hey Kelly, I saw your article about @Delta getting sued for failure to refund cancels flights. My family is still waiting for them to even process our refund from the submission on May 13th. CS never helps and keeps telling me they are behind.
@Delta I’m so glad that your true colors have been shown and that hopefully you won’t be operating much longer! Cancel my flights but don’t start refunds until several months later! Still waiting on a refund from May 11th!! They say it’s not even processed yet!
@Delta is such a joke! I want to know how they are even operating! Customer service is at an all time low and no one even cares! You talk to two different people on the same day and get different answers!
@Delta worst customer service ever! I’m told last night that customers requesting a refund yesterday are being told they will get their refunds within 30 days, yet I’m still waiting on mine from May 13th! 😡
@Delta still waiting on my refund that was requested on May 13th! I’ve wasted countless hours (I’m talking over 30 hours) being on hold, talking to customer service that tells me it’s still “pending” and nothing happening! Unreal! The worst customer service ever!

There is a rise in Coronavirus cases because our testing is so massive and so good, far bigger and better than any other country. This is great news, but even better news is that death, and the death rate, is DOWN. Also, younger people, who get better much easier and faster!
May 13th I requested a refund from @Delta due to THEM cancelling our flights. On June 11th, after wasting 15 hours on hold I was told they would expedite it and should be here by June 23rd. Still waiting Delta!!! 😡😡
@Delta claims “Caring for you is our top priority” and yet it’s totally the opposite!! I’ve spent over 8 hours of my life on hold over the past 2 days trying to get a hold of customer service! Unreal! I will never travel with Delta again!
@Delta I’m on day 2 of trying to get a representative to give me a status update on my refund! 🤬 Yesterday I was hold for 5 hours! Today it’s been 3! This is unacceptable!!!
Love that when you try to contact customer service at @childrensplace the message says they are busy with other callers and then hang up on you! 😡 Nice customer service guys!
This was on both my @AmericanAir planes on Tuesday! Pure disgusting! I understand the planes don’t get cleaned between every flight BUT this shows they never get cleaned! Gross, gross, and more gross!!!
