“The horse is here to stay,” he was told by a local bank president.
He bought $5,000 worth of stock and sold it in 1919 for $12.5 million.

Is your BOSS burning you out?
It will impact you (read on).
Work is great, company is fine. Boss is less interested. Might be tired all the time; missing that energy you once witnessed.
Some signs:
Comes in later, leaves earlier
Overly critical
Irritated by your presence
Does not want to have meetings
Tells you to "figure it out" without aiding the process
Disengaged
Drugs or other personal issues, sure. But if not, it's Boss Burnout.
Bosses are subjected to the same stresses and problems as everyone else; often times more.
Be aware of what this means for you. If your boss continues to deteriorate, your job and company is at risk. You don't want to wait until it falls apart.
If you are close enough to your boss, show some thoughtfulness and offer to lend a hand. And get a real read on what is going on.
