@1066shrimprail Since the frequency was reduced, the route has got much more unreliable. The roadworks at Hurst Green haven't helped, but they're definitely not the only reason. I think everyone knows it was really cut to save money. It's been hourly for many years without issue, now its a joke.
@1066shrimprail@StagecoachSE Unsurprisingly, no attempt has been made to get this bus duty back ontime all day today, vehicle is currently showing 40 mins late at 18.00.
@1066shrimprail@StagecoachSE I think I can guess what the reoccurring problem is here, since the last timetable change, this duty is now always the same driver on a set rota, who leaves the depot 15 late every day. The bus just gets later and later throughout the day with no attempt to make up time at all.
@StagecoachSE Why is it so difficult to run the 6.25 1066 from Battle at 6.25? Every time I catch it, the driver turns up from the depot around 20 mins late. Yet again, I have missed my connecting bus, which has missed my connecting bus which has screwed up my plans for the day.
An appsolutly disgusting move by @EastSussexCC to cease all BSIP fares, especially the multi operator day tickets. As someone who relies on the ticket, my daily fare will rise from £4.75 to a £10 Discovery, making travel very unaffordable, and ultimately pax number drop majorly.
@StagecoachSE Are you running the 6.30 1066 from Battle this morning? Over 30 mins late now, as it seems to be almost every morning. I don't know why Silverhill are so incapable of run out ontime, but it's a joke now.

@StagecoachSE Silverhill bus 28606 on route 319, making a very loud screeching sound from one of the wheels arches when accelerating and braking. Sounds like a binding/sticking brake, been doing it since at least Thursday.
He grabbed my friends camera from around his neck and tried to smash it and punch him, while shouting that we were being racist to him, and then started chasing as up the seafront on his bike (which is marked as no cycling). He had a motorbike helmet on so we didn't see his face.
@UberEats@sussex_police Hi, not sure if this is worth reporting, but while doing some photography in Eastbourne with a friend at 9.20, an Uber Eats rider cycling at speed on the pavement rode into us and then proceed to assault us for apparently taking photos of him...
@StagecoachSE Have both the 6.50 and 7.20 99's from Silverhill been cancelled yet again? I'm getting sick and tired of how often I'm being delayed by over an hour with these first few 99's always getting cut now.
@TheNarraback Here's an idea, how about I start posting photos of every passenger who gave me completely unnecessary harassment or abuse for doing my job and keeping services running as well as possable. Would you like to explain what your issue is and how this was 'pissing off' the driver?
To raise awareness of @BTP 61016 non-emergency number, we unveiled a special livery today at Waterloo Station.
Thank you to our Train Manager Bessie Smith and PC Ian Kennerley for coming up with this idea!

@1066shrimprail@StagecoachSE@EastSussexCC Yes, no suprise. I've already been left stranded twice before after the last 1066 from TW was cut, so I very rarely trust catching it anymore. I'm very glad I decided to cancel the planned trip I was going to do today, as I would have had to catch that bus home too!
@LawrenceCa15334@StagecoachSE@EastSussexCC That is one of the most idiotic responses I've ever heard. How would you feel if you were stranded out at night and could not get home due to the last bus being cut. Its not selfish in the slightest, rule ONE on bus services, you should never ever leave passengers stranded.
@1066shrimprail@sussex_police I was thinking it was diplomatic. I have no clue why they'd been 'watching me' or what authority they'd have in a public carpark. There's nothing diplomatic or MOD related going on around here and I've been taking photos of buses in that parking bay for over 10 years.
@sussex_police Hi, just had a strange encounter with 2 plain clothes officers in an unmarked BMW with odd plate (196D---) in Battle and thought I'd check if they are anything to do with you. Took a photo of a empty tour coach parked in the coach bays, as they stopped behind me...
This has to be some of the worst policing I've ever seen, they gave no identification that they were police officers eather. I'd appreciate if they were informer the laws on public photography before harassing people they see with a camera.
Having explained it was my hobby and as I was in a public place I could take any photos that I wanted, I was told they could arrest me for not complying with them. I then walked away while the officer went to speak to the driver.
