I don't apologize for who I am....either love me or don't, I'm ok with it. Pharmacy, merchandising, purses, cars, cats, family, friends and God...life.
@visiblecare it’s now almost the end of the business day and been 24 hours since this journey began. No resolution has been solved. I will move forward in a different direction as I have allowed ample time for a legally owned phone to be unlocked.
@visiblecare Because my phone was purchased in 2025 it is legally entitled to be unlocked. I am entitled to the exact reason this has not been completed.
@visiblecare No manual request: You do not need to contact Visible support to unlock a phone bought in 2025. Which also is not true because my phone is locked even after requested.
@visiblecare After doing research I know rights I have as a consumer & what the FCC requires of companies. 3 business days is in violation of that policy as is not unlocking my phone after your policy of 60 days from 2025.
@visiblecare How do you look for me? Do I message you here? Email won’t let me respond and chat said I could only email. So I’m a little confused at this point. They closed our last chat.
@visiblecare Hi Rodney, we spent an hour on the visible app with no resolution. Then got an email that said 3 business days. I don’t have that time. Unlocking a phone should be simple.

@GetSpectrum@Ask_Spectrum We did that already & the option we were given was to leave and go to Fiber! That’s a first for us to not be offered options!
@Southern_Pharm Thank you for reaching out. Please reach out to our billing team at 1-855-707-7328 to see what possible options may be available to you. ^Carlos
@GetSpectrum ….you are willing to lose customers that you have had for years and allow us to go to your competitor because you are more expensive than their services. You sure made that an easy decision! Thanks, here we come FIBER!!!!
In other words, independent pharmacies subsidize profits for the big 3 PBMs
Hate to say this, but the Medicare Advantage program seniors pick may be putting your local Indy pharmacy out of business. Next renewal, ask how much they pay pharmacies. And pharmacists need to help their senior patients figure this out
I would hand out flyers saying which MA plans support you the most.
Even worse, your employer has no idea that their insurance decisions are also putting pharmacies in bankruptcy
Not a single CEO I have spoken had any idea they were contributing to the death of Indy pharmacies
Indy pharmacies need to be proactive and educate local employers
It is wrong on so many levels that this is happening.
Time to fight back
