With breakfast favourites such as Eggs Benedict, as well as lunchtime classics such as our Chicken and Bacon Club Sandwich, our brunch menu is served every Saturday and Sunday until late in the afternoon.
We are excited to introduce our new Head Chef, Natan Diallo. In 2016, Natan joined @thewolseleyhg, working at @Fischerslondon as Sous Chef, before transferring to Soutine in the same role to be part of our opening team, before becoming Head Chef after just four years.
