The incident shown in the video occurred three years ago and has led to enhanced security monitoring in our backstretch barn area.
The individual responsible was prosecuted through the court system and has been permanently banned from Assiniboia Downs.
The actions depicted in the video are completely unacceptable and do not reflect the values or standards of Assiniboia Downs.
