This whole flock situation is a similar playbook to twitter censor scandal that ppl like to ignore. Basically gov was "asking not telling" twitter to censor ppl not breaking tos or the law because they are a private "business and can."

I added a new feature, per-workspace wallpapers. You can now switch workspaces on Cinnamon and wallpapers will switch as assigned.

I updated my wallpaper utility script so it can now assign multiple wallpapers to individual monitors.

I also added a separate multi-random function so each monitor's wallpaper will change and updated the applet. Images need processing time

The reason physical stuff is being pushed now is because it's really difficult for a business to come into your house and take your copy of the game/movie away vs it being completely digital and them being able to do that online. Same licenses stuff is applied with physical media

hmm. The word buy or purchase has a history use case. It means something and a customer has certain expectations when buying vs renting something

Attempting to redefine what the word purchase or buy means in a business's terms of services does not supersede that history

Friendly reminder that the "value" of shelter or just a basic room for yourself + bed (or something similar) is the same now as it was 100 years in the past and as it will be 100 years in the future.

The price might change but what having a "bed" is worth to people does not.

Actually federal gov taxes rich at a decent rate. It's the main reason our country can do what it does military wise. They have so much money.

So why don't states do that?
Because they can move to a different state.

They have studies that dispute any link to cancer from their product and for some reason these industry sponsored studies aren't taken as seriously as others.
