Also! Because I'm procrastinating. I made this quick guide on how to properly put the top blanket on the bed if you're in a rush and don't wanna mess up the other blankets!
@Mirandalorians@Olternaut This was the only way we felt safe about having an “uncut” reaction that brings value to the Patreon membership while legally supporting our claim to fair-use, transformative content.
@Mirandalorians@Olternaut Our Patreon strategy is a little different and not everyone understands it, but I’ll attach a picture of what it looks like. Basically the audio is muted with “copyright” splayed across it. They’re tagged as “Watch Alongs” and they’re the unedited version of the reaction.
@Mirandalorians We do okay because we also do TV shows but “just go to Patreon” is kinda loaded advice. Patreon just doesn’t have a ContentID system, if these publishers wanted to, they absolutely could submit claims to you directly for what’s on your Patreon. There’s no real “safe” platform.
@Olternaut@Mirandalorians There’s no hard rule about this. YouTube isn’t the court of law. The ContentID system is a protective measure for YouTube itself and shifts the responsibility to us. When they receive a claim they demonetize the video in response. In court, almost none of these claims would hold.
@AntonioD019@MHStatusUpdates@monsterhunter Dunno if this helps, but two friends of mine were HR40 before getting the "investigate and raise hunter rank". After doing any two hunts, they both were progressed forward to the uncap quest. This was a few hours ago.
@DrCaberAnt@geoffreyfalk@9090Ryno@JamieAllOver1 @gunsnrosesgirl3 The question is asking how many days it takes to get out. Change the wording to this, which is objectively the same: “A frog falls in a hole on March 1st. It gets out on March 20th. How many days was the frog in the hole?”
@DrCaberAnt@geoffreyfalk@9090Ryno@JamieAllOver1 @gunsnrosesgirl3 If you’re 19 years old, you’re *in* your 20th year, but you’ve only completed 19 years.
Life’s not a computer program, so the day after my 20th birthday, I should’ve been able to buy alcohol in the USA, because I was 0.1% of my 21st year?
@tjrice77 @footballconfid1 @gunsnrosesgirl3 This is exactly what threw me when I came back to it. I was like, wait… my numbers here at the end are garbage 🤣 Post St. Patrick’s Day Math wasn’t a good idea for me, I suppose 😭 Thanks for being cool!
@yahanaashaqua@ThomasOng91424 @gunsnrosesgirl3 I know right? 🤣 if I went almost 20 days without eating I might just bury myself in the hole on purpose.
@yahanaashaqua@ThomasOng91424 @gunsnrosesgirl3 I love where your thinking is honestly.
When I tried thinking it out I just treated it like a human’s day. The frog is awake for 16hours making progress, and asleep for 8 losing progress. So it doesn’t matter when the sun is up or down, just what we qualify as day and night.
@yahanaashaqua@ThomasOng91424 @gunsnrosesgirl3 I actually don’t like this puzzle to be honest. It’s purposely missing key things that would allow people to arrive at a definitive answer. To know the exact amount of hours, you have to know the rate of speed it travels and for how long each 24 hour period.
@tjrice77 @footballconfid1 @gunsnrosesgirl3 After taking a nap, I realized a portion of my math is wrong 😭
The start of Day20 is 456 hours, but I didn’t add in the travel time for the final 2-3m.
Essentially, the longest the frog can take to get out in this puzzle is 19days plus however many hours is daytime.
Sorry😭
