@Riles178 Man building muscle at 46 is quite impressive. It’s hard enough to stay in maintainance mode. Yeah, diet such a huge thing. hope to try a more rigorous diet like yours, tho I do eat pretty clean now.the cultivar things is interesting. Not sure I buy it, but it’s interesting
