@sayerjigmi Fortunately, UN General Assembly declarations and resolutions are generally non-binding recommendations, not sources of legal obligation under international law or US domestic law.
Florida’s FDUTPA case is the state track: hold Pfizer and Bourla accountable in state court for marketing the COVID vaccine as safe, and as a way to stop transmission, while allegedly sitting on data about myocarditis, first-trimester risk, and other adverse events. The ask is civil penalties, an injunction, and disgorgement of the profits from that marketing.
The federal track is still the one for people who suffered death or serious physical injury. Under the PREP Act, that claim is an exclusive action in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia for willful misconduct: conduct done intentionally to achieve a wrongful purpose, knowingly and without legal or factual justification, and in disregard of a known or obvious risk so great that harm was highly probable to outweigh the benefit. It has to be pleaded with particularity, backed by a sworn verification and certified medical records, and proved by clear and convincing evidence that the conduct proximately caused the specific injury.
A successful state case can help that federal track. Findings on what Pfizer knew, when it knew it, and what it told the public are the kind of record a willful-misconduct complaint needs.
What would help further is an HHS enforcement action, including through OIG, that ends in a penalty. For a manufacturer, regulated activity stays outside the willful-misconduct definition unless the Secretary or the Attorney General has brought and sustained that kind of action.
In 1789, Thomas Jefferson wrote to James Madison that "the earth belongs in usufruct to the living," and that no generation holds the right to bind its successors to debts they never authorized.
My new essay examines how inflation does exactly that: quietly, through the arithmetic of monetary policy, with the cost falling hardest on savers, wage earners, and children not yet born. It also lays out seven architectures of correction, from generational debt sunsets to land trusts, complementary currencies, and what I call the sovereign holarchy of value.

Now you can read what injection-injured people (and surviving relations) wrote in their V-safe entries. This is intensely powerful material. People not just statistics. 400 pages. Thank you @React19org for putting this together and trusting @brownstoneinst with the release. Please read and share. @SenRonJohnson https://t.co/lym8ckIjnz
@MAHA_Action Sounds like the wrong kind of arrangement. The infrastructure of data compilation and access shouldn't be controlled by HMOs, or the Govt, or industry special interests, but open sourced for independent scientific inquiry. That's the only way gold standard science can flourish.
@ChildrensHD Denying medical exemptions with a proven track record of injury is not only unconscionable and immoral, but dishonors the very spirit of the purpose of law in the first place. The school is definitely in the wrong here.
After conversing with a few LLMs including Grok & Claude, I've come to realize that I was conflating the human form of consciousness and wisdom with "super intelligence". Considering machines have different constructs, weights, tasks, goals, and gaps that can lead to negative outcomes, I'm not so sure any that cause harm could even be called super intelligent. It's more an outcome of use as a tool where it merely magnifies or mitigates our vices. Sure, machines can cause harm, but so can humans, but thats mostly because both lack heart wisdom. That is the saving grace of humanity, however, as we merge machine with mankind.
