III. The Legal Precedent — SEC v. Schueler and the Jurisdictional Failure The technical argument is compelling on its own merits.

But the legal precedent now confirms it. On February 28, 2025, U.S. District Judge Carol Bagley Amon of the Eastern District of New York dismissed every claim the Securities and Exchange Commission had brought against Richard Heart (Richard J. Schueler), HEX, PulseChain, and PulseX. [3] The SEC subsequently confirmed on April 21, 2025, that it would not amend or refile its complaint, allowing the dismissal to stand with no findings of wrongdoing.

[4] The significance of this ruling cannot be overstated. The SEC is the most powerful financial regulator on earth. It brought the full weight of its enforcement apparatus against PulseChain and its associated assets. And it lost , not on the merits of whether the assets were securities, but on the threshold question of jurisdiction itself.

This may be well Intentioned, yet it's innaccurate at best and deceptive at worst.

These are not examples of repentance per say... Coersion more likely... The UNredacted canon of the Ethiopian, Septuagint, Dead Sea Scrolls all witness to geocentric flat stationary earth on pillars. Case closed.

They also witness to a divine council (bene elohim) the sons of God mentioned in several places most notably in Duet 32.8.

Compare the texts...the 66 book canon changes the language to "children of Israel, or sons of Israel"

This is the most obvious and blatant evidence of the Masoretic ratifying edits of the Jamna edits (in 90ad) to the canon.....(also removing many other texts most notably 1 Enoch, Jubilees, 2 Esdras, Clemente's writings, etc)

The New Heaven and New Earth are not a deleted and replaced creation. They are the sanitized, restored, and audit-perfected version of the current creation:

•The "New Heaven" is the replacement of the corrupt Watcher/archon governance of the nations (Deut 32:8 LXX; Psalm 82; 1 Enoch 10) with the righteous administration of the saints.

•The "New Earth" is the restoration of the physical creation; its architecture, its resources, its governance... from the mismanagement of the Little Season insurgency.

The reason the New Jerusalem reads as a fairy tale in the 66-book canon is that the books which explain the Divine Council's administrative history,01 Enoch, Jubilees, 4 Ezra (2 Esdras) were removed.

Without the Enochian framework, you lose the cosmological architecture that makes the descent of the New Jerusalem an administrative event rather than a science fiction scenario.

No, a redacted canon, the 66 Masoretic based Protestant bibles, leaves this possibility open, but it falls apart when recovering the removed texts.

Review 1 Enoch, note chapter 25, read Jubilees!, have you read 2 Esdras?

This corrects our theology and timelines...Parousia happened in 70ad...Christ ruled for a millennial from 70ad, with resurrected saints, ending somewhere between 1070 and 1800s...when things really started getting crazy quickly... History has been redacted and manipulated... We in little season Rev 20. I don't actually believe Nero was the Antichrist.... Sometimes it's hard to get these slides accurate because the software is so resistant to the truth.

There were three other Jewish priests that actually fulfilled the Antichrist role... Second Ezra's makes it very clear that biological Israel is not to inherit God promises... He transferred those to the church.
