The federal government introduced the Digital Charter Implementation Act.

It establishes the framework for a nationally integrated digital identity connected to CRA, health, and travel records.

The 2021 vaccine passport system was the live infrastructure test.

That system was never fully dismantled. The backend still exists.

Accenture's Role

Accenture is the largely unknown corporate engine behind most of this.

They built the biometric identity systems for the UN refugee agency UNHCR.

They are the technology contractor behind the Known Traveller Digital Identity pilot with Canada and the WEF.

They hold the contracts. They build the walls.

What The Full Picture Looks Like

Control your identity and you control who exists officially.

Control the currency and you control what people can buy and when.
