In other words, humans have invented a system where they borrow money from themselves, pay interest to themselves, panic about it constantly, and then argue on the extranet about who is responsible.

As a Vølüs, I find this arrangement delightfully profitable.

The more interesting question is not who you owe. The question is whether the debt grows faster than the economy that supports it.

Finding English speaking actors didn't stop Mel Gibson from filming the peak of historical films, "Apocalypto," and "The Passion of the Christ." Neither of those films had a single word of English dialogue, and they are both incredible films because of that choice.

Had Nolan followed in Gibson's footsteps and cast an all Greek Odyssey and had the entire film in traditional Greek dialect he could have shown the proper prospect for the culture and ancestry that gave the world the epics of the Iliad and Odyssey.

It is no simple matter of just releasing it to the public.

The technology that has been developed by the Black Hats in their Black Sites is indeed incomprehensible to the commoner on the streets. To release it all at once would disrupt society to a degree that anarchy and chaos would ensue.
