@IzunaDrop66 I will up-play a little: In the context of what it does for the character I think Lily's should be A. Beats a lot of shimmy bullshit, it's a surprisingly good air to air (i've beaten DPs with this so many times) and is also her best reversal.

@jchensor I still have no clue how Parry macro and DI macro can still do supers. They can't do specials but they can just flub you into a -3 billion on block super. Certainly a design choice.

@the_cursed_zoo @O773R exactly because of how lenient it is it would be a problem. You're not fixing the issue with directions, cuz that's just the input reader, but if you miss 1 punch you don't get super, you probably just get some dumb EX move and lose the round.

@Deznere Idk why this is the case for lows that start combos but not overheads. Even if they add scaling they would still be strong as hell but at least just for positioning and not just dying because I got unc checked.

@Reioumu We had a local ran in the DR that was round robin for the pools available and then the 1st passed in winners 2nd in losers to then throw top 8 and that literally brought me to tournaments at all. The chance of being able to play for these events made it more enticing to go.

@GhostOfMufasa_ I mean, this doesn't really count as "not mattering". Topanga is a pretty important tournament for Jap players. If this was like a ranked set then yeah that would be true.
