I played the back nine. If you want to hear about it, check out my earlier thread about that. It’s a challenging nine for sure.

Afterwards, I practiced a bit. Because it’s so firm, I can’t get away with only hitting a draw the entire time. I need to be able to hit cuts into right to left wind. So I practiced that for a bit along with my normal Trackman practice session.

-Had lunch, the open championship does an awesome job with food. Freshly prepared pastas and steaks. Can’t ask for much more really.

-Take out for dinner and I’ll be playing the front nine early tomorrow!

@middlebrooks Shouldn’t we consider here that his velo went up immediately when he went to the pen and was only pitching an inning at a time? I’d be interested in seeing the velocity numbers from when he got back to the rotation at the end of the year. Optimism either way!
