@GMB bring back the “keep Britain tidy” campaign. Those adverts I saw as a child have stuck with me through to adult life. I always throw my litter in the bin, even put it in my pocket if no bins available. It disgusts me that people don’t want to keep the countryside clean.

Disgusted with how @Parkdeanresorts treated my family. My mom is in hospital with weeks to live. My dad rang to cancel holiday booking & they refused to help and insisted on speaking to her. He had to put my dying mom on the phone. No compassion or understanding at all.

I’m not a nurse but here’s my opinion. Give them a rise that’s big enough to stop them leaving and doing bank hours where they get paid more. There is always going to be strike action if NHS continues to hire bank nurses. They deserve a rise, just give it them.

What makes me laugh about love island is the fact that they all act so shocked when someone gets dumped from the island, or they moan that others are getting to know each other… but as I always say to the screen.. “Helloooooo you’re on love island 😂😂😂”

I did a lot of body combat, 20 years ago & can see how exercise workouts have evolved. The thing I’m loving about Tai Bo, is that it’s not too intense to cause a Crohn’s flare but it’s intense enough to make me feel like I’ve worked out.

This week I took a step back in time. I bought Billy blanks Tai Bo DVD’s. I used to own them on VHS that’s how old they are. I’ve been doing them in the mornings before work and loving them. I’m aching like hell but it feels good.

Today at work, a colleague, who I’ve always liked and admired decided to call my family riff raff.. I can’t even remember how it came around but it was after I’d said they’d grown up in the Black Country. Not gonna lie. I was hurt and angry. Hurt because of the comment

Why are people so narrow minded. If I had a different accent would my family have been called riff raff?? Going slightly off tangent, I do think that having a different accent may have opened different doors career wise, but why should I have to change it
