As we come to World Suicide Prevention Day on 10 October 2024,
Open up and talk about suicide and with your close ones;
1. Keep an eye on the signs that one may be thinking of about suicide
2. Engage and speak openly using the word suicide
3. Show them you are there for support and most importantly,
*4. Practice self care after talking to someone about suicide

Repeated use of positive coping strategies helps the brain to super charge more and more positive neural pathways,
As stated here, the practice element is important,
Starting this Monday, understand the power of Neuroplasticity-we can change and strengthen,
Harm reduction v asking people to abstain from drugs,
The psychology behind taking and abusing drugs can be quite deeper and challenging to cope with,
Often times people who are addicted want to recover but complete abstinence is difficult,
