$QS looks / trades terribly.
Only looking at $1.7m in upcoming revenue & burning cash for years. 2-3 year $ runway means a new equity raise is around the corner. Likely coupled with a reverse split. They usually go hand & hand. Expect new price discovery to bring significant drop from there. My 2 cents. F.D.

Just so you see more of my thoughts. $QS Insiders: sells only. No open-market buys in 2026. Every "acquisition" on the Form 4s is RSU/PSU vesting or ESPP — nothing bought with cash.
13F — Q2 2026 (filed through mid-August) is the current quarter. Headcount up sharply (650 filers, +46%), but net shares down ~22.9M. Long institutional shares ~264.6M, -1.65% Q/Q. 377 increased, 122 decreased, 98 new, 145 exited. index and bank/dealer inventory grew, quant and multi-strat money left.

$SOFI CEO Anthony Noto bought 56,000 shares at an average price of $17.88 earlier this year.

Then he came back and bought another 13,888 shares at $18.06.

$SOFI closed today just above $17.

You can literally buy the stock cheaper than the CEO did.
