Education should be judged by how much transformation happened. A serious school must be a value multiplier: it should take student effort and convert it into competence, confidence, and opportunity.

If students graduate confused, unemployable, and disconnected from the market, the institution cannot hide behind the excuse that “most of the work is up to the student.”

People see a simple state machine that handles meta events, then sends back responses, and think it is intelligence.

Under the hood, there's nothing like chatting with a bot.
-> You send a message to a business
-> Meta forwards that to the business's tech infra
-> The business logic happens, and a message is sent back to the user via a separate endpoint.

To the user, it feels like chatting.

It just goes to show how intricate deterministic systems can be mistaken for intelligence.

Like the Airbus flight system, you might think the thing is intelligent by taking sidestick input and anticipating what the pilot is trying to do. When you dig deeper, you'll understand that it is just rules grouped into phases and laws.
