@jtrentadams Also, trust our intuition. Humans, like other lifeforms, have survived not by thinking it through at length but by feeling the way forward in the moment. Call it gut, instinct, or genetic memory, on the whole we've managed to swim everytime, so far! (assuming a survival scenario)

@jtrentadams Tricky! My inclination would be initiating active listening to individual experiences and crew diversity, nothing is out-of-bounds. Life experiences big and small teach us sink vs swim lessons that can apply to wide range of challenges we often impose qualification on to solve.
