The 2025 Space Threat Assessment just dropped by @CSIS.
Big takeaways:
-- Counterspace weapons are getting more advanced, especially from China
-- GPS Jamming is occurring
-- Space Debris is increasing

@space_stations I would say it's both. Many of these have lessons that are applicable to each career field. Think: ISRO learns about OW, EW from an adversaries perspective. Then OW, EW learns ISRO so they can mitigate adversary threats. Also, is this a military academy or civilian?
@1LovedPuppers@TR_392 It's funny he claims this. Him and the people that follow him are so naive and vastly misunderstand the actual roles of military intelligence. I spent 11 years as an analyst and the last decade I have worked very closely with them. He has no idea what he is talking about.
@space_stations This is a great start. RADAR theory is a good one to include but there are some advanced academics that are probably better suited. Orbital & Electronic Warfare, Space Battle Management, Cyber OCO and DCO, Space Domain Awareness, ISRO, Weapon System Capabilities & integration
We put a couple satellites on Flight 12 so that we could see Starship while the satellite deployed and drifted away, we used Starlink to connect with the satellite to get this view, and what a view it is 🤩🚀
Pretty remarkable. Actual progress recorded and documented in historical milestones as we continue to make progress of reaching the stars further than any human has ever explored before.
STARSHIP FLIGHT 12
A side by side look at the the launch of Starship flight 11, the final launch on Pad 1 and Starship flight 12 the first launch of the new and improved pad, engines, and vehicles.

The phonies are the ones that usually self identify as some resident expert on a topic. Then when questioned two or even three layers deep they point the fingers at everyone else.
Evidence of exceptional ability and asking how they solved hard problems down to the brass tacks level is what matters.
Those who actually deserve credit know the details of the solution, because it was so hard it got seared into their brain. The phonies and posers who falsely claim credit will flounder at the second or third level of detail.
Today is the day we’ve been waiting for
Starship Flight 12 - the very first V3 - is targeting liftoff with the window opening at 3:30pm PT 🚀
Current weather: 45% GO
@astro_jaz I'll be honest, I'm genuinely curious about the smell. 😆
Also, how awesome is it to see so much space inside the capsule. Wild to think about the sizes of the previous ones compared to this one.
