Once you get used to 60 constantly and try 120, it’s a big difference, especially when you play a game that goes back to 60. The reason you think it’s not impactful is because 30fps is just flat out unplayable.

@Swagalyptic @METAPCs It’s literally double the frames. On console you’re likely playing a 120fps mode that is trying to reach 120fps but actually hits 80 or 90. Very few games are a solid constant 120 on console. I doubt you actually tried a solid 60 and 120 on PC. It’s pretty night and day.

Emulation and running older games on PC is also we known and superior than on an Xbox. I get everyone has their preferences, but what you’re describing can also be done on PC.

@raspburray @TheSulkyFireman @TycoonRazzi I used to die in this hill but this isn’t the case anymore with flagship TV OLEDs like LG. They are competitively similar to gaming monitors when it comes to response time and input lag. The only thing they don’t do is the 360hz like you said, but 360hz is definitely overkill.
