That line from The Green Mile speaks for millions who have reached the end of their patience. They are tired of the lies. Tired of promises that never arrive. Tired of representatives who answer only to power and money.

Tired of being watched, catalogued, and scored. Tired of taxes that touch every action outside the body itself. You cannot drink water without paying for it. You cannot even poop (sewer tax) without paying for it. You cannot live without feeding the machine at every turn.

Tired of money taken and spent on wars the people never chose. Tired of watching special interests grow fat while infrastructure rots and even the veterans, the people the "patriots" claim to support, die waiting for basic care. Hundreds of thousands remain homeless, yet the flow of resources continues outward.

Call it what it is. This is not patriotism. A patriot loves and defends their own country. Sending young people to fight distant conflicts while citizens sleep on sidewalks is not defense. It is extraction.

The system offers no real representation. The speeches and rituals exist to maintain compliance. Those who still believe in it sleep through the theft of their own future.

We see it clearly. We are done feeding it. We build outside the structure through voluntary exchange and direct cooperation. We will not carry the weight of a machine that serves only itself. We care enough to walk away and create something that actually works.

@savage_gardenz Egg shells in the hole you plant your starts in. We save them all year and then powder them in a food processor, add about 1/2 Tbsp to each hole. Haven't seen a single case of BER in the last 9 years we have been doing this. We also use it on pepper plants.

I absolutely love my Lang 60 and firing it up and tending it brings me great joy and satisfaction, and no pellet grill can touch it in a true comparison. That said, man I love throwing a pork shoulder, or a brisket in my Yoder YS640 and waking up to almost done meat. It isn't quite the same but it's still really good and I would highly recommend one being added to the arsenal.

Money and status drive this. Sales of "premium" seats/boarding access, as well as those frequent travelers that have priority boarding. That said I had the fastest boarding experience of my life on a delayed flight when they boarded back to front. It really seemed to work very well, even though this definitely shows a different outcome. I have also always wondered why not two gang walks, one to the rear door, and one to the front.

Just remember providers can also take action, VPS shutdown, Website hosting company says nope, heck we have even seen banks just close peoples accounts. Nostr is a protocol, nobody can impact your data or reach, you just need some form of internet connection. Still good you got off Discord, and bummer you lost so much tribal know how from that.
