Cow Cow's New Horizon: Investment Secured, Future Assured

The most significant milestone in the evolution of the project is now finally ready to be announced.

After weeks of diligent efforts, strategic planning, and pivotal business negotiations, we are thrilled to announce the successful closure of a second round of equity investment with immediate capital injection.

This is a pivotal achievement that allows us to grow the project by having stability, flexibility, and confidence in strategic planning and execution. This development not only secures our operations for the next 18 months but also marks an important milestone in our project's journey.

The investment was conducted by the same visionary angel investors who have been with us since the beginning and are among the biggest holders of the project.

The market appears to be rebounding, and Cow Cow, Two3 Labs, and Smoofs intend to fully capitalize on this momentum. This fundraising will empower us to leverage every possible means to grow the value of our project, our community, and our ambitions.

With this financial backing, we will keep building until we finish our proposed roadmap and also explore new opportunities for innovation and growth without the immediate need for further investment.

A comprehensive audit of the company has been conducted, covering financial, legal, technical aspects, and team restructuring. This thorough review ensures that we are on solid footing as we move forward.

Also, regrettably, after extensive deliberation and consideration, Zed, Gunner, Doppy, and Axel will be departing from our team. It's important to note that they have not been involved in any events or developments of the projects since February 9th, when the departure process started.

We will always be grateful for everything they did from the beginning; it has been a pleasure to work together. We wish them all the best of luck in their future endeavors, hoping to intersect paths in the future. The rest of the team, collaborators, and partners are continuing the road together with us.

Simultaneously, we are delighted to welcome new members to the team, two of whom are already full-time involved to ensure a smooth transition. We will surely introduce them in the upcoming announcement.

The directions established with the new board are simple and straightforward: we are continuing community-first mode, and we will be rushing the implementations required for us to transform into a DAO faster - news will come out shortly.

Nothing else changes. The fundamentals and core pillars remain the same, with the developments to come being exactly the same. But first and foremost, and always the most important, the community.
