My main account got permanently banned for no reason. It happened when I was playing 6v6. Since it takes your open queue rank and I haven't been playing open queue after role queue was released, my rank has been reset to plat. I'm guessing people in plat thought I was cheating & mass reported me.

Even then the email blizzard sent me doesn't say the reason I got banned because I was cheating. Doesn't even say anything at all.

After sending a ticket, their response was the same as the mail, nothing.

I have had the account since the release of Overwatch, which is almost 10 years ago. I don't remember being silenced or suspended even once.

There cannot be a single reason for you to permanently suspend my account. I have a lot of people that can vouch for me. So, help me get my account back.

Blizzard has responded to my ticket and they will investigate the account. I know I am clean.
