@aviddaydreamr @Ticketek_AU So Ticketek said we paid demand pricing without them marketing it as such and they basically told me to suck shit

[Hannah Jobe @Span005]

@Ticketek_AU Please help me. Why was my pre-sale tickets to Joji charged at $263 when everyone else got $150? It was the only option I was given at 12pm and I even had the presale code. Please help me I feel scammed.

@Ticketek @aviddaydreamr

[Hannah Jobe @Span005]

@Ticketek has responded to me claiming it was a personal error and they will not be refunding people even though I never requested a refund only asked for confirmation of what happened 🙃 absolutely disgusting behaviour to take advantage of people like this

[Hannah Jobe @Span005]

@Ticketek @tia_perrott

[Hannah Jobe @Span005]

@QuaranteenBooks I have the same problem and have been trying since 12.20pm yesterday to assistance with not a word yet

[Hannah Jobe @Span005]

@Ticketek_AU Can you please reply to all the people who were forced to pay $263 for the same tickets that were $150 for the Joji presale? This is ridiculous.

[Hannah Jobe @Span005]

@Ticketek_AU can you tell me why you charged some people $265 for tickets that aren’t even listed on the price list?? We all used our presale codes and got in before others. Don’t tell me it’s a demand price because nothing was displayed to say so. SCAMMED.

[Hannah Jobe @Span005]

@DoesLach Oh Ticketek are the fkn worst. Yesterday for the Joji presale they price gouged some people and I paid $263 instead of $149 because that’s the price they gave me for the same tickets. Just fkn unreal what a joke of a company

[Hannah Jobe @Span005]

@Ticketek_AU Please help me. Why was my pre-sale tickets to Joji charged at $263 when everyone else got $150? It was the only option I was given at 12pm and I even had the presale code. Please help me I feel scammed. I paid $440 more than I should have please refund me

[Hannah Jobe @Span005]

[D @eldart0]

@Ticketek_AU what’s with you charging $260 for @sushitrash GA for Brisbane tickets when they were first on sale at 11.30am then 7.5 hours later the tickets were $110 cheaper? Can I please get an explanation???

[Hannah Jobe @Span005]

@loverboygoogie @sezsully Yes they are horrible. They price gouged some tickets for Joji today, leaving some unlucky people like me to pay $265 instead of $150 per ticket.

[Hannah Jobe @Span005]

@popsy444 @Ticketek_AU @sushitrash I got charged $265 each for 4 tickets then my friend in the same house got them for $150 3 minutes after me 🥲

[Hannah Jobe @Span005]

@yoyobajinga @Ticketek_AU The amount of people with the same experience is just bullshit

[Hannah Jobe @Span005]

@Ticketek_AU why were so many of us scammed into buying the ‘ultimate’ tickets for the Joji presale even with our presale codes? I was charged an extra $400 dollars for my 4 tickets after finding out others paid $150 for the same tickets. Please help resolve this issue. #scam

[Hannah Jobe @Span005]

@Chelsea40161535 @Ticketek_AU @Ticketek_AU please tell me why I spent over $400 more on 4 regular tickets than everyone else please??

[chelsea._.ceely @Chelsea40161535]

@Ticketek_AU what the hell is the ultimate ticket stuff, why was it $110 more. So many people had this issue why it was only the ultimate tickets. Refund us or give us something. It’s stupid.

[Hannah Jobe @Span005]

@Chelsea40161535 @Ticketek_AU Literally. In the last hour I have found over 20 people this has also happened too. What a scam. Disgusting really.

[Hannah Jobe @Span005]

@bluemoonmonday @Ticketek_AU Absolutely. I hope they can resolve these horrible issues for us. God this company seriously lacks good service.
