I think the SC ST Act is not as strong as expected because murders, bullying, rape, and atrocities against SC and ST communities increased after 2014. I believe @narendramodi PMO should consider making it stronger.

How can you prove that the SC/ST Act is being misused, under which Dalits face abuse and humiliation every day?

Dalits are humiliated and tortured every day. When they go to the police station with their complaints, the police officer refuses to take action.

If Savarna people sitting in police stations and courts protect criminals, then how can you say that SC ST Act is misused?

Upper-caste Hindus, living abroad, are trying to foment civil war between different communities and castes in India. The Indian government should take action against these handles.
