The @bt_uk engineer who did next door in September offered to speak to them and send photos of the cable in the duct. We thought yesterday was the day as no cancellation email or text so stayed in all afternoon for the engineer - who of course didn’t show.

Quite astounding how rubbish @bt_uk have been with my fibre broadband order. Have been trying since June to get it installed but the order has been cancelled ~7 times. Apparently their system says we can’t have it, although all the neighbours do.
