The MBA reported that 5.67% of all residential loans (2.8 million homeowners) were in forbearance the week ending Nov 1, 2020, down from 5.83% the prior week. Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac report their share in forbearance at 3.49%, down from 3.66% & Ginny Mae at 7.95%
