Did you recently change device, reinstalled your wallet or updated the app

[SH @SpanielHarry]

@Casie0508 send your wallet address you’re using on the Onyx network

[SH @SpanielHarry]

Please send us the wallet address you’re using on the Onyx network, along with a screenshot of what you’re currently seeing

[Casie @Casie0508]

@ashhley @Onyx Yes. I staked it and know where to look. I checked my staked balance a week ago and it was there in the right network (onyx, not etherium) and now my balance is zero and my transaction history says there is no history :(

[SH @SpanielHarry]

Can you send your wallet address and the transaction hash so we can check what happened? Also, let us know which wallet

[Jose Leiva @LeivaJsalvi]

@Onyx I migrated my tokens to liquid staking and now I can't get them back. Any suggestions. I see them but they're not even staking and don't see how to get them back into my wallet?

[SH @SpanielHarry]

Are you experiencing any issues with your staking? Please let us know what’s happening, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

No, Your wallet address remains the same as long as you are accessing it with the same wallet credentials.
Which wallet are you using to hold your staked tokens?

[XRPBR🇧🇷🏁✖️🏴‍☠️ @XRPBR16]

@Onyx Today, when I accessed my wallet, the tokens that were in Skating disappeared. I would like to know if a new wallet is created with each login? How do I recover my tokens that were in Skating, on the ERC-20 network?
