Hope recently added 4 electric sewing machines to their tailoring program which are available for students to use along with several manual machines. Hope can sell embroidered items at a higher price, which generates more revenue to support school programming.

Hope Community School was recently recognized by government officials as one of the BEST PERFORMING SCHOOLS IN THE COUNTRY OF ZAMBIA!
100% of 7th graders passed the national exam &. 9th graders (pictured here) crushed the exam - with a pass rate 25% higher than the national!

3 women recently graduated from the Madre's Program at Las Tias - a program designed for moms of Las Tias beneficiaries! Yesenia, Norma (pictured below) & Silvia, received literacy, math & vocational skills training needed to start/expand their businesse.
