Still waiting @TheAA_UK, left us stranded for 7 hours and keep increasing the ETA only to be told a 3rd party will pick us up at midnight. Customer service advisor lied to me twice about the ETA and convinced me it was on its way just to get me off the phone! Feel unsafe here!
