Lastly like to let people understand why I wrote what I wrote today. My mom had to eat ice cream for rest of her life or peg food. Her throat never healed enough to eat again the way she had before chemo. Dad had to use two forms of shots to control his sugar levels or candy.

Junk Food, did you know unhealthy eating can be eating a "hamburger" to "hot dogs" to "cake" to "chocolate" to "peaches". Why? To eat healthy you need to eat a bit of everything but in "proper" portions! Can't just skip & choose as your body mechanics need it all, even sugar!

Food For Thought, when person has a upset stomach and can't stop vomiting or has become nauseous what is a medical go to that even nurse will give the patient or mom or dad to their child? 7-Up .. yes that is right "soda" because "soda" is used medically in numerous ways.

Food For Thought, did you know "diabetics" require keep in stock in their home "mini candy bars" like snickers encase they have a sugar crash. How do I know this, my father, man that has medals from serving in our military had diabetes and this was something he sometimes needed!

So, thought for the day, did you know that cancer recovery patients have trouble swallowing food? guess what is used for therapy to exercise ones throat so they can swallow? Ice Cream << it is actually used in numerous medical forms and not just for people recovering from chemo.
