Update 9 a.m. CDT 9/1/26: Service has been restored for most affected customers. Our crews are back on-site this morning to continue working on the remaining area impacted by the damage that required additional troubleshooting.
Update 6:58 p.m. CDT: The damaged sections have been removed, and crews are now carefully inspecting the line to ensure there are no additional problem areas before beginning the fiber splicing process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
