To master your craft to the point you're monumental, you've got to show up daily.

Give it your 100% energy and concentration.

Be intentional to the point you're obsessively devoted to your craft.

To kill distraction this year—

Pragmatically, start with censoring your social media accounts— unfollow accounts that don't feed you with the contents that aligns to areas you want to improve and become better at this year.

Then carefully seek out new account to follow that aligns with the content you want to see on your feed.

This might sound absurd, respectfully, this is not to say that skit or meme content creators aren't doing great jobs, at least they put smile and laughter in people's face especially giving the state of the economy right now in Nigeria, however, if you want to make something out of your life as a young person this year, it would be more productive to unfollow meme & skit accounts that keeps you scrolling looking for content to make you laugh

This year is not the time to laugh, COVID-19 is over, if you still feed on meme or funny content, you're burning your time in exchange for nothing.

Secondly, to perfect your craft, you need a phenomenal mindset, I would recommend you go on YouTube and listen to Robin Sharma podcast, he is one monumental speaker I have listened to for the past 5 years that shaped my mindset on work, creating the life you desire, leadership and host of other revolutionary ideas he shares.

You can also read his recent launched book on the "8 Wealth Money can't Buy".

Success in mastering your craft goes with the right mindset.

Mindset is everything.

The right mindset is the why I have been working for the past 18 hours none stop while some of you have slept away 10 hours in the past 24 hours.

The hallmark is to to keep yourself busy but to be productive.

As a Web3 enthusiasts, you should spend time daily studying how the ecosystem work.

I'm of the opinion that you should know one thing about everything and everything about what thing, that's what set you apart.

There exist different niches in web3—

You can decide to master Web3 Jobs, trading, airdrop farming.

You can also decide to venture into developing and programming.

You can also, start as a community manager, moderator, team manager

Who said you can't start a web3 marketing agency, build project management team.

Who said you can build an app that brings a disruptive solution to the web3 ecosystem.

What about digital hedge funds company.

You can pioneer an asset management company

Like there is a lot to be done in Web3

The whole web3 ecosystem is hinged on bringing decentralization, security, personalization, transparency, ownership and accessibility which is can't be achieved to a huge extend with web2.
