@TFM_Lorcana "I'm stopping people wearing our cheating team jerseys but still gonna milk content for money". God you guys are literally the fucking worst.
@LorcanaJustice Note take to the same level for this type of player and do you think they'd be aware you're doing so? I get your point to a level of big name players etc but what about your average joe not on a team but on a top table and potentially being scouted and being disadvantaged.
@LorcanaJustice Interesting hearing about team dynamics and those edges to gaining advantage. Would you say when it comes to scouting, teams scout the big name players or just general top tables? We've have many examples in Lorcana of first time TCG players doing very well. Would you scout &...
@LorcanaJustice Thanks for being honest with the response. I suppose this is where maybe we and others differ. I would argue you keeping a spreadsheet on opponents and specific card choices and being able to review this ahead of the match imbalances the fairness and integrity of that match.
@LorcanaJustice@Deviknyte@BradenMTG@StormKRB@StevenCooperr Genuinely interesting! Can I ask if you've accessed written/online information prior to playing someone confirming specific cards in their deck? If so have you been forthcoming telling your opponent you've got that information? Did it give you a specific advantage in that game?
@BradenMTG@LorcanaJustice@Deviknyte@StormKRB@StevenCooperr Agree ink colours should be public. However you shouldn't need to be told that having specific card information on only one side of the match is unfair. That is pretty obvious. Imagine the open decklist stage if only one side got to see it. This is what some teams are creating.
@LorcanaJustice@Deviknyte@BradenMTG@StormKRB@StevenCooperr You state that Ravensburger don't have an issue with manual scouting, but do you? If i stood behind you round 1 and made a list of your deck, sharing it with your future opponents, would you be ok with that, especially if you don't have any information on them? Genuine question.
@LorcanaJustice@Deviknyte@BradenMTG@StormKRB@StevenCooperr I understand scouting in regards of walking around mentally taking note of colours. I think recording that information, especially individual cards crosses a line and should be addressed and prohibited. You effectively create a one sided open decklist match.
@Deviknyte@BradenMTG@StormKRB@StevenCooperr@LorcanaJustice This is my issue. Surely digital or not you just make a policy of not recording or accessing notes on your opponents or potential opponents during a tournament. They don't allow note-taking during a game. Why are they allowing it in-between? Anyone that does is DQ'd. Simple.
@johndtcg Loved the wakefield CCQ. That was a really fun event with some great things going on, like the giant puzzle. Really nice community moments.
Bad - pricing of some CCQs. For example Axion charging pretty much the same as a DLC was ridiculous.
@FamilyQuests Such a stunning card. It was my chase soon as I saw it and luckily managed to pull it. One of my favourites ever for sure! Hope you get lucky and pull it!
@NiHovorka I played you a couple days a go, with a close 2-1 win. Definitely one of the tougher decks and opponents I've faced recently. The 4 cost phillip was spicey and definitely helped improve the shift consistency.
@DrVoidrix Awesome to see her give you and Dave a shoutout. She played outstanding in every match I saw.
Sorry to hear your tournament didnt go to plan dude. Shake it off and onto the next one!
@HaroldShipmanOG Yeah it's not a great system. Always has the same issues and nothing gets done about it. Frustrating. Goodluck though, hope you get one!
@loveindecline_ I think i managed to jump the crowd so took like 30 seconds, but last time this happened I was on the details page for like 45 minutes lol. Goodluck hope you get a booking!
