Pathetic !!

I have always liked flipkart and its service but this time they have completely changed my mind by delivering the worst experience of not delivering a replacement order since last 20 days. No help from delivery agent, customer support.

After this another person from flipkart social media called and said the same thing which I have been listening simce last 20 days. No help at all.

I think more than this you guys should focus on customer service and customer support rather than hiding my order if details.

Delivery agent says I cant deliver because not my location, and this has for some mistake assigned to me.

This simple problem cannot be resolved and not for refund they asked me to wait for 2 more days.
