@Ask_Spectrum I've been a loyal customer paying $69/month for internet. I came back from being out of the country to find my bill over $196 with ZERO notice. I called to dispute it & was told to "call the FCC or BBB." So I did. This is how u treat loyal customers?🤯 #SpectrumScam #FCCComplaint
