Virtually all health related matters were already handled this way. Roe was the Supreme Court literally making up their own ‘law’ which is the job of congress. Regardless of your position on baby killing, it was a bad precedent and bad logic. Objective libs will admit this. (3/3)

Abortion is NOT a constitutional right. It’s not in there at all. That’s what the decision was about. It’s a state issue. The constitution says anything not explicitly mentioned (abortion isn’t) is decided by the states. It was a civics ruling. (1/3)

Our government was set up that way on purpose. Many states are actually now freer than ever in terms of legal infanticide, but legally and constitutionally having states individually govern it is the way it was always meant to be. (2/3)

@JalenHatcher I’m just pointing out something that’s not unique to Trump. The President isn’t in charge of state governance. California has been democrat run for decades. All of the policy that has been enacted during that time has nothing to do with him. He didn’t close states, governors did.
